Lux Little Play – Booking & Rental Policies
At Lux Little Play, we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and luxury soft play experience for every event. Please review our policies before booking.
Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to your event.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. Clients may request to reschedule their event at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours of the event may not be accommodated.
Setup & Breakdown
We arrive prior to your scheduled event time to complete setup. Setup typically takes 45–90 minutes depending on the package. Breakdown begins promptly at the end of your rental period.
Please ensure the setup area is clean, clear, and accessible before our arrival.
Space Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space for setup. A flat, dry surface is required for all equipment. Indoor setups are strongly recommended. Outdoor setups must be on a clean, level surface such as turf or concrete.
Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)
For outdoor bookings, a backup indoor space is required in case of inclement weather. Lux Little Play reserves the right to refuse setup if weather conditions are unsafe (rain, strong winds, extreme heat, etc.).
Travel Fees
Travel within a designated service area is included. Events located outside of this area may be subject to an additional travel fee. Final pricing will be confirmed after booking details are reviewed.
Supervision & Safety
Adult supervision is required at all times during use of the equipment. Lux Little Play is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.
No shoes, food, drinks, face paint, slime, or sharp objects are permitted in the play area.
Damage & Cleaning
Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear. A cleaning fee may be applied if equipment is returned excessively dirty (including food, spills, or stains).
Timing & Overtime
Your rental period begins at the scheduled event start time. Additional time must be requested in advance. Overtime may be subject to additional fees.
Right to Refuse Service
Lux Little Play reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety guidelines are not followed.

Mini Lux Play

Lux Celebration✨
Lux Celebration ✨
Our premium soft play experience, designed for larger events and fully styled celebrations. This package delivers the ultimate luxury setup with enhanced play features.

Starting at $525
Booking Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. For soft play experiences, a $75 deposit is required for Mini Lux Play. Bookings for Signature and Lux Celebration require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to your event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
Please ensure your event space is clean, cleared, and ready prior to our arrival. Setup and breakdown times will be scheduled in advance.
Clients are responsible for any damages to equipment during the rental period. All items must be returned in the condition they were received.
No shoes, food, or drinks are permitted on the soft play equipment unless otherwise approved.

Travel is included within a 5 mile radius of Woodbridge, NJ
Events outside of this area may incur an additional travel fee based on distance.
Final travel costs will be calculated and included in your invoice.
